Use of Services
Our driving instruction services are intended for individuals seeking to learn how to operate a motor vehicle safely and obtain a driver’s license. You must be legally allowed to obtain a driver’s license in Colorado to use our services.
Student Responsibilities
As a student, you agree to show up for all scheduled lessons on time and prepared. You must have all required documentation, such as a learner’s permit. Students are expected to follow all instructions from our certified driving instructors.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to reschedule or cancel a lesson, you must provide at least 24 hours notice. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee.
Payment
Payment for services is due prior to commencing any behind-the-wheel instruction. We accept cash, credit cards, checks and money orders.
Limitation of Liability
Next Level Driving Academy will not be liable for any damages arising from use of our services. This includes personal injury, property damage or any other losses related to driving instruction.
Customer Conduct
Customers must conduct themselves respectfully and appropriately at all times when using our services. We reserve the right to refuse service for unruly, intoxicated, threatening or illegal behavior.
